DELIVERY OPTIONS
HAIRMONY works with ACS Courier and BOX NOW, so you can choose the delivery method that suits you best.

Shipping is free on orders over €39.
Where Is My Order?
As soon as you complete your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you can't see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.
Once your order has been handed over to the delivery company, you'll receive a second email with your ACS Courier tracking number or your BOX NOW collection code (PIN).

Shipping Terms & Restrictions
- hairmony.gr ships within Greece, and to Cyprus, Italy and other European countries.
- Deliveries are made on business days, Monday to Friday.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery area and the delivery method you choose.
- During periods of high demand (sale periods, holidays, etc.), or in cases of force majeure, dispatch may be slightly delayed.
- Remote areas and islands may require 1–2 additional business days.
- If there is any difficulty in dispatching your order, you'll be notified as soon as the issue is identified.
Delay or Problem with Your Delivery
