Shipping within Greece

For orders to Cyprus over €120, shipping is free. We don't offer cash on delivery for shipments outside Greece.

Once you complete your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.
Once your order is handed over to the courier, you'll receive a second email with your ACS Courier tracking number or your BOX NOW pickup code (PIN).

Shipping Terms & Restrictions
- We ship within Greece, Cyprus, Italy, and other European countries.
- Shipments go out on business days, Monday through Friday.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping area and the delivery method you choose.
- During periods of high demand (sales, holidays, etc.) or force majeure, delivery may be slightly delayed.
- Remote or island areas may need 1-2 extra business days.
- If any issue comes up with your shipment, we'll let you know as soon as it's identified.
