Courier Partners

ACS Courier

Delivery to the address of your choice. Delivery is usually completed within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping area, while remote or island areas may require an additional 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery directly to your address.

  • Track your order using a tracking number.

  • Cash on delivery payment available.

BOX NOW

Pick up from a locker of your choice, whenever suits you — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your parcel will be at the locker within 1 business day (for Mainland Greece).

  • Pick up from the locker of your choice, near your home or workplace.

  • Notification via SMS with your pickup code (PIN).

  • Accepts parcels up to 20 kg and dimensions of approximately 36 × 45 × 60 cm.

If you do not collect your parcel within the specified time frame (usually 48 hours), BOX NOW will notify you about a new delivery attempt or return.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are calculated from the day the order is shipped (not the day it is placed) and may vary during periods of high demand (sales, holidays, etc.).

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, so you can follow its progress.

Where Is My Order?

Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with the ACS Courier tracking number or the BOX NOW pickup code (PIN), depending on the delivery method you selected, so you can track your order's progress in real time.

The contact phone number you provide when placing your order is necessary to ensure successful delivery. We will only contact you if an issue arises with your order.

  • Shipments are made on business days, Monday through Friday.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping area and the delivery method you choose.

  • During periods of high demand (sales periods, holidays, etc.), shipping may be slightly delayed.

  • Remote or island areas may require an additional 1-2 business days.

  • If any issue arises with shipping your order, you will be notified promptly as soon as it is identified.
