"HAIRMONY" is a company engaged in the import and distribution of professional beauty and personal care products, which also operates through its online store hairmony.gr (hereinafter the "Website" or "Store"). Through the Website, users can browse the full range of products (haircare products, accessories, etc.) and make purchases by placing an online order, subject to stock availability.

After completing an online order, the customer receives a confirmation email with the product details and order number. The order is considered binding from the moment this confirmation email is sent by HAIRMONY, subject to stock availability. In the event of partial or total unavailability of a product, HAIRMONY will promptly notify the customer.

10. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped via our partner courier companies, ACS Courier and BOX NOW. Estimated delivery time ranges from 1 to 5 business days, depending on availability and shipping destination. Detailed information on shipping costs is provided in HAIRMONY's Shipping Policy.
11. Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel their order before it has been shipped by contacting HAIRMONY at info@hairmony.gr. The company reserves the right to cancel an order if, despite reasonable efforts, it is unable to reach the customer to resolve an issue necessary for processing the order (e.g., incomplete or incorrect shipping details, failure to complete payment). In the event of cancellation, HAIRMONY will refund any amount paid by the customer using the same payment method used for the purchase.

13. Liability and Warranty for Defects
Every product purchased from HAIRMONY is covered by the seller's statutory liability for material defects and lack of agreed-upon characteristics, in accordance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code. In the event of a defect, the customer is entitled to request, at their discretion: (a) free repair or replacement of the product, unless this is impossible or would involve disproportionate costs, (b) a price reduction, or (c) withdrawal from the contract, unless the defect is minor. Related claims are subject to a limitation period of two (2) years from the date of delivery of the product.
The above obligations do not apply if the defect is due to the customer's fault, force majeure, or damage resulting from improper or inappropriate use of the product.

18. Governing Law – Jurisdiction
These Terms and the use of the Website are governed exclusively by Greek Law. Any dispute arising from the application of these Terms falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions regarding jurisdiction.
19. Final Provisions
Should any term of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms. Use of the Website by the user constitutes express acceptance of all of the above terms.
