How we ship our products to you
Preparing shipment
As soon as you send us your order, you receive a confirmation email with the products and your order number. We need up to 48 hours to process your order subject to availability.
Before we send the products to you, we check them for any defects. We pack them carefully and make sure they are in perfect condition.
Traditions
Shipping costs are:
- €2 for orders up to €39
- Free for orders over €39
If you want to pay cash on delivery, the cost is:
- €1.90 regardless of the order amount.
Methods of receipt
We work with Easy Mail which brings the order to your place.
Together with your order you receive the retail sales receipt or the invoice if you are a business or self-employed.
How do you return the products you bought?
If you get a worn piece
If your order contains a worn item, you can return it free of charge. We will do our best to replace it or refund your money.
If a piece is missing
If you do not receive your entire order, send us an email at info@hairmony.gr . Tell us the receipt number and we will solve the problem.
If you changed your mind about the order
You can return all or part of your order without justification within 14 days of shipment.
We will refund the money in the same way as the payment was made and you will only pay the shipping costs. To make the return, the products must be in their original packaging and you must send us the receipt together.
In any case, before returning a product, you need to contact us.
